This is a hospital where you have to be very patient, procedures are never done at the scheduled time. We made an appointment with Kürşat Gül for the examination of my relative. The appointment, which was at 11 o'clock, was postponed to 12.30. The procedure, which was supposed to take place at 16, was postponed to 18.30, and during this process, doctor Kürşat Gül's secretaries, nurses and assistants, we do not know who they are anymore, kept us busy by making excuses. Nobody gives clear information. A few hours after the patient left the procedure, the doctor came to examine our patient after a long effort. While we wait to have our patient examined after the procedure, the doctor continues to check the patients in his office. Although the patient leaving the procedure should be a priority, it has neither priority nor importance. Moreover, even though the patient was taken to the emergency room complaining of chest pain. While our patient was in the emergency room, we expected to be asked "How is your patient doing?" but in vain. Our patient was taken into the procedure at 18:30 and was taken out for observation in 20 minutes. He was kept under observation in the emergency room due to chest pain and bradycardia. The doctor did not come for a check-up because he was continuing his procedures. We went to call him at 12 o'clock at night and he was continuing his examinations. The examination of the patients, which was at 20 o'clock in the evening, was postponed to 24 o'clock. The patients were waiting for him, we could not communicate. He also kept the secretaries busy with excuses. He came to the emergency room at 1 o'clock at night to see our patient. We were able to be discharged. We have been in the hospital since 11 in the morning. The annoying thing is that we were treated like naive people and no room was arranged for us, we were literally disgraced with our money. We were not satisfied at all, the treatment shown does not suit a so-called well-known hospital.
